Who is responsible
The website and its registration records are managed by the Human GLOW brand.
Information collected
When you register for book, programme, Journal or mentoring information, opt in to a QR digital-book invitation or send a contact enquiry, the website records the information you provide and the date and time of your consent. A contact enquiry may include your name, email address and message. Digital-book invitation records may also contain the notification date, private access token, 72-hour access period and first-access date once delivery is activated. If you submit feedback, the website also records your name, feedback, experience category, attribution preference and separate marketing-permission choice.
How it is used
Your information is used only to provide the material or updates you requested, administer the time-limited digital-book invitation, respond to enquiries, review submitted feedback and maintain accurate consent records. Contact enquiries are used only to understand and respond to what you have asked about. Feedback is used in marketing only when you have explicitly given permission, and it is never published automatically. Your information is not sold or shared for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
The website uses secure hosting and database services to store registrations and Resend to deliver transactional emails. These providers process information only to operate those services.
Retention and your choices
Registration information is retained while the relevant Human GLOW update service remains active or until you ask for it to be removed. You may unsubscribe, request a copy of your information or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
